Position: TELESALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary:
Under general guidance and within the limit of the established process, procedure, policies and sales plan is responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships, to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Qualifications:
? Male or female
? Single/Married
? College level (at least 2 nd year level) or College degree in Marketing and other business course is an advantage.
? Have undergone trainings and seminars related to the job
? At least 6 months to 1 year experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service position or job.
? Excellent communication skills and have superior people skills;
? Excellent visual skills presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints;
? Preferably with proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
? Good knowledge of the applicable accounting and sales computer programs and telephone systems;
? Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
? Excellent knowledge of English;
? Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
? Outstanding negotiation skills with ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Position: SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE

Responsible in generating new accounts through proactive and consultative sales approach

? College degree in Marketing and other business course is an advantage.
? Have undergone trainings and seminars related to the job
? At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
? Must have solid background in sales and marketing;
? Must have strong leadership capability;
? Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
? Excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills;
? Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
? Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
? Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
? Ability to develop in depth knowledge about products and markets;
? Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
? High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
? Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
? Must be computer literate and knowledge on social and internet based marketing.
