Urgent Hiring: Customer Care Ambassadors
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provides superior customer service and solutions in an efficient manner and time-frame exceeding customer expectations
– Offers appropriate sales options and recognizes cross-sell opportunities to increase and enhance customer relationship
– Processes transactions: accurately records, updates actions, and outcomes against customer records, accurately completes all customer follow – up work
– Maintains knowledge of products, services, and promotions
– Implements sales and marketing strategies of the campaign
– Represents our clients to their customers by handling calls promptly, interacting with customers to determine their needs and provides consistent, high-quality service and accurate information to the customers
– Participates in various reviews and meetings for enhancing knowledge on the products and services of the end customer
– Attends periodic team and call center meetings, as well as trained sessions to develop skills and competencies
– Participates in additional projects as asked/required
Qualifications:
– Candidate must be at least Senior High School level;
– With effective communication and comprehension skills.
– With at least 6 months of call center experience
