Urgent Hiring: 100 Call Center Professional (Cagayan de Oro City) (Northern Mindanao – Pueblo de Oro I.T. Park, Cagayan de Oro)
Responsibilities:
-Handles inbound calls; identifying the main problem and providing step by step instructions.
-Meets KPIs target and by adhering to the call flow and call handling process, troubleshooting and usage of support tool to provide quality customer service.
-Escalates second-level concerns issues to the Team Leader to insure accurate and immediate solutions are provided to customers.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field.
-Required skill(s): Good communication skill.
-Required language(s): English.
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
