Positions and Qualifications:

1. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Laws or any related courses
• Preferably Female, 22-35 years old
• Fluency in both oral and written English & Filipino communications
• At least 1 year experience in the same position or related function
• Able to plan and institute programs and interventions for faculty and staff development
• With good interpersonal relations
• Excellent working knowledge on MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized and can work with minimum supervision
• Must possess a positive, assertive, happy disposition & with pleasing personality

2. OFFICE PERSONNEL

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or other related fields
• Preferably Female, 22-35 years old
• Fluency in both oral and written English & Filipino communications
• With or without experience
• Able to plan and institute programs and interventions for faculty and staff development.
• With good interpersonal relations
• Excellent working knowledge on MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Organized and can work with minimum supervision
• Must possess a positive, assertive, happy disposition & with pleasing personality
