Duties and Responsibilities
– Conduct trainings and orientation to all applicants.
– In-charge for the endorsement of 201 file.
– Monitor 201 file for active employee and in-active employees.
– Evaluate the performance of the crews.
– Collect all Field Report such as inventory reports, outlet checklist, bills payments, etc.
– Disseminating information regarding new implementing policy and new standard.
– Update always the manning per outlet and their variances.
– Make transcription in all Incident and accident reports.
– Monitor the CDO, Bukidnon, Valencia and Camiguin Operation.
– Handle 115 employees.
