Position: Production Assistant Supervisor

Qualifications:

• With at least 1 to 2 years experience
• Preferably Single, Female 21 to 26 years old
• Must be a graduate of Engineering, Business Admin/Commerce Courses or any related course
• Must have a good working attitude

Responsibilities:

• Is responsible for the overall supervising, direction, planning, assigning, coordination, and evaluation of the department
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
• Interprets specifications, give job orders to workers, and assigns duties
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of the department
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems
