IS IN IMMEDIATE NEED OF:
TREASURY SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS:
– 25- 33 years old
– female
– single or married
– a graduate of Accountancy or any Business related courses
– at least 2 years working experience in related field is required
– preferably supervisory experience for 2 years and above specializing in Finance and General Accounting or equivalent.
– knowlegeable in Peachtree Accounting System
– with good human relations and leadership skills
– willing to be relocated in Alae, Bukidnon
– full time position is available
– dynamic and versatile
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Understands, manage and supervise all aspects of cash flows.
– Forecast weekly cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
– Custody of unissued checks
– Custody of bank and property documents
– Communicates with banks( loan processing and requirements, etc.)
– Ensures safety of undeposited collections
– Receives all the DSIR from outlets and separate suppliers’ invoices and DSIRs
– Daily reconciliation of DSIR( DAILY SALES and INVENTORY REPORT) with banks deposits
– Prepare bank monthly reconciliation.
– Checks vouchers as to accuracy and completeness.
– Prepares demand letters on overdue receivables
– Communicates to depository bank for deposit in transit cash sales and collections of outlets.
– Monitor Post-dated checks issued
– Evaluates accounts payable turnover of every supplier
– Other related functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
