1. Accounting Staff

Qualifications:

Job Description/Duties & Responsibilities:

• Checking of Cashier’s Daily Report (CDR), Revolving Fund and Petty Cash Fund
• Checking of Collectors Provisionary Report
• Checking of Cash, Charge, Collection Receipt weekly and prepares monthly journal voucher report
• Monthly monitoring of customers deposit
• Posting all House Finance (HF) to the receivable register
• Monitors monthly 2306 and 2307, also credit card (special cases)
• Monitors Gift Check and Appliance Voucher Discount
• Makes transaction adjustment if necessary
• Daily Cash Count to Finance Office

2. Inventory Clerk

Qualifications:

• Male
• 23-27 years old
• Single/married
• College graduate
• Can work with less supervision
• With good moral character and hardworking
• Computer literate
• With good communication skills
• Confident, focused and relational

Job Description/Duties & Responsibilities:

• Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type, and value of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies stocked in establishment: Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records, manually or using computers
• Compares inventories to office records or computes figures from records, such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory
• Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
• Compiles information on receipt or disbursement of material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies, and computes inventory balance, price, and cost • Prepares reports, such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages
• Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or unusable items
• May operate office machines, such as typewriter or calculator
• May stock and issue materials or merchandise
• May be designated according to item inventoried as Property-And-Equipment Clerk; or type of inventory as Inventory Clerk, Physical

3. Audit Clerk

Qualifications:

• Male
• 23-27 years old
• Single/married
• College graduate
• Can work with less supervision
• With good moral character and hardworking
• Computer literate
• With good communication skills
• Confident, focused and relational

Job Description/Duties & Responsibilities:

• Undertakes internal audits in all branches as described in the plan, with visits to each branch monthly or twice a month
• Responsible for recording numerical data to keep financial records complete, as well as computing and classifying information for that purpose
• Responsible in checking the accuracy of figures, postings and calculations in relation to business transactions completed by other workers; must check for correct entry, proper codes and mathematical accuracy
• Operating computers equipped with accounting software to record, analyze and store information; receives records and bank cash, checks and vouchers; calculating and preparing checks for taxes, utilities and other payments; and reconciling records of bank transactions
• Prepares trial balances of books, monitors the status of accounts and loans to make sure payments are up-to-date, maintains inventory records and prepare expense reports and purchase orders.
• Must know how to properly carry out such tasks in accordance with the policies and procedures of the employer
• Discusses all findings directly to the top management after roving and provides recommendations if necessary
• Counter checking the system of all branches if they follow the standard operating procedures
