JOB SUMMARY: Electrical switchboard estimator
Requirements:
* 2 – 3 Years in the same field.
* Bachelors in (Electrical/Electronic) Engineering.
* Read customer “Request for Quotation” & study detailed specification, Single line drawings, data sheets, etc.
* Contact customers for any needed clarifications.
* Estimate project cost using costing tools “either software or manual costing sheets”.
* Prepare a rough sketch of the switchboard layout in order to accurately determine the size and cost of enclosure, bus bar, etc.
* Prepare complete offers and participate in techno-commercial discussions with customer along with sales
* Revise the offer to accommodate client’s comments wherever rquired.
* Review awarded contracts and participate in project launch.
* Contact vendors wherever required.
* Respond to customer queries
