Position: ACCOUNTING CLERK

Typical work activities include:

  • Encoding a variety of documents, reports, and records
  • Preparing requisitions for office, computer, and routine supply purchases
  • Assuming responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Maintaining regular contact with other branches to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions
  • Assisting supervisors as needed
  • Attending and participates in meetings as required
  • Ensuring that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained
  • Completing special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
  • Checking daily sales reports submitted by location management
  • Handling customer and employee accounts receivable
  • Assisting with accounts payable, prepare checks
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 20-25 years old
  • Business related course graduate
  • Has initiative
  • Knowledge of the basic principles of bookkeeping and routine accounting procedures is an advantage
  • Mathematical skills

* 1 Full time position available
