Position: ACCOUNTING CLERK
Typical work activities include:
- Encoding a variety of documents, reports, and records
- Preparing requisitions for office, computer, and routine supply purchases
- Assuming responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Maintaining regular contact with other branches to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions
- Assisting supervisors as needed
- Attending and participates in meetings as required
- Ensuring that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained
- Completing special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
- Checking daily sales reports submitted by location management
- Handling customer and employee accounts receivable
- Assisting with accounts payable, prepare checks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 20-25 years old
- Business related course graduate
- Has initiative
- Knowledge of the basic principles of bookkeeping and routine accounting procedures is an advantage
- Mathematical skills
