Territory and Area Managers for Globe Telecom project
PRINCIPAL : Globe Telecom (Globe Exchange Inc)

1. Territory Manager: (1 available position)

Responsibilities:

•Conduct analysis aimed at maintaining high level services
•Provide support to Principal’s project roll out as needed
•Understand and document program goals, objectives and performance matrix
•Plan, develop and implement strategies to meet the agreed organizational performance objectives
•Develop and implement innovative solutions to support service delivery of Channel Management Program strategies
•Accomplish a Monthly Operational Report in conjunction with the overall business operation

2. Area Manager:

Requirements:

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Education/Teaching/Training, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
•Pleasing personality
•Excellent analytical and reporting skills
•Strong client relationship management skills
•Know how to build road maps for improving sales channel management
•Good in oral and written communication

Responsibilities:

– Do profiling, prospecting, & presents P3 to potential regional merchants. Target is not limited to corporations (can be single proprietorship but minimum is at least 50 employees).
– Coordinates with RM on the accreditation process (end-to-end, including WIRE training)
– Do relationship management to partners/merchants (G-Cash orientation to employees including promo cascade); coordinate and escalate possible issues to RM
– Submits consolidated daily reports to Vendor, cc RM

Preference

-male or female
-age 28 to 35
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing or equivalent Business related courses
-With selling or teaching experience
-MS proficient
-an individual previously engaged in the same project has an advantage

Must Qualifications

-College Graduate
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Pleasing personality
-With supervisory position experience or proven track record in people management
-Proficient in MS Office
-Possess Good Moral Character
