TRG specializes in Interiors and Architecture Design. We are searching for a 3D Max Staff for our CDO Office:

Qualifications

• Male or Female
• Architecture or Architectural Drafting Technology (With License is a plus but not required)
• Must have at least 2 years of experience
• Proficient skill in 3D Max Pro software
• Proficient skill in Photoshop
• Proficient skill in Vray Render
• Skill in Sketchup is a plus
• Skill in Corona Render is a plus
• Skill in Lumion is a plus
• Skill in Enscape is a plus
• Must have good communication skills and command of both oral and written English
• Experienced in International Architecture and Building Construction is a plus.

Abilities

• Well versed in Architectural presentation
• Keen observer
• High attention to details
• Artistic/Photographer’s Eye
• Must know basic graphic standards

INTERIOR DESIGNER

TRG specializes in Interiors and Architecture Design. We are searching for an Interior Designer Staff for our CDO Office:

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in an Interior Design Firm (Residential + Hospitality)
• Proficient skill in Sketchup Pro software
• Proficient skill in Illustrator or similar design software
• Proficient skill in AutoCAD
• Proficient skill in MS office
• Must have good communication skills and command of both oral and written English

Abilities:

• Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic
• Resourceful and detail-oriented
• Understand the styles (Classical, Contemporary, Modern, French Country, Farmhouse, Soho, Italian Contemporary, Scandinavian, Asian Contemporary design)
• Basic understanding of Architectural lighting specifications
• Understand basic heights for economic and knowledge of clearance spaces
• Understand graphic arrangement
• Understand how to specify (knowing manufacturer, the styles, color)
• Understand cabinetry
• Understand the color theory and what color can go together

Responsibilities:

• Help arrange Design Board
• Organized  Spec Sheets
