The successful candidate shall manage the entire recruitment process for the agency – source, recruit and maintain the most superior workforce in the Industry and the performance management system. Also responsible for the assessment of training needs and providing training solutions of the agency.
The ideal candidate we are looking for must be:
• A graduate of any 4-yr Arts & Sciences courses preferably Psychology or Education .
• With at least 2 years work experience in the field of training and recruitment
• Willing to work under pressure and on extended hours.
• Computer Literate ( MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Good written, verbal, presentation & persuasion skills required
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
