Admin & Accounts Executive
Job Duties:
•General office administrative & filing duties (payment vouchers & petty cash)
•Handle Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables
•Process sales orders for local & overseas customers (export document)
•Liaise with packer and forwarders on export shipment
•Maintain records of debtors aging & stock inventory
•Accounting duties include prepare GST, payroll and P&L
Job Requirements
•Degree in Accounting: 3 years
•Experience with MYOB/ Peachtree/ QuickBook/ SAP: 2 years
•Bookeeping experience: 2 years minimum
Marketing Executive
Job Duties
•Maintain corporate website & social media platform
•Update sales & marketing information including product application notes and videos
•Maintain database of customer’s buying pricelist
•Launching of new products
•Update product information to existing clients via email marketing
Job Requirements
•Social Media Marketing: 1 year
•Web Marketing: 1 year
•Marketing: 3 years
•Photoshop: 1 year
Indoor Sales Executive
Job Duties
•Actively source and develop overseas distributor networks
•Proactively follow-up and liaise with potential overseas distributors via email and telephone
•Maintain a well-organized records of customer and distributor database
•Provide sales support for overseas customers
Job Requirements
•Minimum Degree in any discipline
•Self-discipline, proactive with able to work independently and in a team
•Possess good English communication skills
•Some relevant experience will be an advantage
Export Shipment Coordinator
Job Duties
•Process sales orders for overseas customers (export document)
•Issue Proforma Invoices for export shipment
•Liaise with customers for payment
•Issue Packing List for export shipment
•Liaise with packer and forwarders on export shipment
•Assist with Local customer’s orders and deliveries
Job Requirements
•Degree in any discipline
•Export Shipment: 2 years
•Shipping Coordinator: 2 years
