SALES UNIT LEADER
Responsible for the over-all direction of the Store through achieving the Store’s Sales targets; managing Merchandise and Inventory movements; developing store staff’s potential, building relationships with internal and external customers,and careful analysis and execution of business plans, with the end goal of increasing customer loyalty and maintaining profitable business growth.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelors Degree (Business Administration or similar course)
– 2-4 years working experience, preferably at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory capacity
– Skills required: Management / Leadership and People Handling / Training Skills / Computer Literacy / Analytical Skills / Selling Skills and the ability to drive sales team / Strong Inter-personal and Communication Skills
– Willingness to travel and work long hours
– With good verbal and written communications skills
– Ability to work under minimal supervision yet delivers excellent output.
