Relationship Officer

Role: Sales & Marketing of Bank products, initially and particularly loans

Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and identifying new leads
2. Pitching to clients
3. Providing client service to existing customers
4. Managing all aspects of customer relationships
5. Strategizing and implementing creative ways to achieve sales targets

Skills required (necessary)
Since s/he is required to interact with customers for the most part of the day:
1. Good communication and presentation skills
2. Quick learner to understand the products and services
3. Pleasing and positive attitude
4. Good sales and negotiation skills

Additional preferences (can be adjusted if applicant has potential in terms of skill sets):
1. Mobile – has motorcycle
2. Has existing sales/fieldwork experience (used to the demands of fieldwork)
3. Has potential client base already

Remedial Officer

Qualifications:

•Must possess at lease a Bachelor’s/College degree
•With at least 2 years’ experience in the related field is required
•Proficient in oral and written communication
•Honest, patient and hardworking
•Self- motivated
•Must have his own motorcycle and familiar with the different areas in COO City
