QUALIFICATIONS:
• Female, 25-35 years of age; Single
• BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or any behavioral science degree, or law degree
• Team oriented and able to work in a fast phase environment
• With Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience in employee and labor relations.
• Excellent in technical writing and composition of memorandum.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• With the ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization
• Can work with minimal supervision
