SALES & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate with the sales and logistic department
• Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the Sales Department
• Ensure that customer orders are met on time
• Resolving conflict and complex issues relating to customer service.
• Ensure dispatching and shipping of products are met with customer deadlines.
• Maintain and manager customer files and databases.
• Provides updated price list whenever applicable
• Key in Sales Orders from customers
• Prepare Delivery Receipts & Sales Invoices
• Prepare and plan all loading deliveries for different customers
• Monitors sales and collection performance per distributor
REQUIREMENTS:
• Female; 25-35 years old; Single;
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably Business Management / Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related position
• Must be flexible, confident and has excellent interpersonal skills
• Willing to work on extended hours
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Customer service oriented
• Above-average communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications; Computer literate;
• Good organizational skills and keen to details
• Goal-oriented and knows how to multi-task effectively
