Regent Food Corporation Now Hiring Packaging Supervisor

PACKAGING SUPERVISOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•       Responsible in the supervision of the packaging operations.
•       Ensure that all activities are reached according to the production plan.
•       Organize packing operations and align with other departments.
•       Initiate implementation of rules and attainment of objectives.
•       Create measures and control to ensure that product quality is guaranteed.
•       Monitor and supervise the packaging manpower activities.
•       Execute GMP within the packaging section.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•       Preferably FEMALE; Single; 27- 37 years of age
•       Candidate must possess a degree in Engineering; BSME, BSEE, BSCHE, BSIE, BSECE, and BS Food Technology or equivalent course.
•       At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•       Preferably with background on food manufacturing and production operations.
•       Must have supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment including GMP experience; With strong leadership skills.
•       Excellent analytical and communication skills required
•       Experience in problem solving and dispute resolution
•       Experience in various manufacturing aspects including operations and supply chain
•       Pro-active, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, able to delegate effectively, and strong people skills a must.
