Requirements:
• Preferably a graduate of BS Psychology or BA Management
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in competency-based interview
• Excellent in oral and written communication skills
• Preferably with background/experience in Recruitment and Training, Employee
Relations, and events management
• Excellent interpersonal / people skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to be assigned at Purok 8, Upper Puerto, CDO
