Responsibilites:
1. Checking of daily attendance
2. Monitoring of employees
3. Issuance of undertime / halfday form and leave form upon request of employee per agency
4. Issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE) with corresponding disciplinary action for employees with incident report (IR)
5. Releasing of uniforms, head cap and apron for new hired workers
6. Every Monday assist payroll concerns / complaint
7. Every Saturday releasing of payroll to employees
8. Interview applicants pooling from agency
9. Orientation for newly hired workers
10. Masterlist of workers per agency
Qualifications:
1. Female
2. at least 20 years old
3. has leadership skills
4. graduate of any business course
5. strong-willed and organize
