•Graduate of medical related course
•At lease 2-3 years’ experience in HMO business
•Knowledgeable in medical terminologies, HMO set-up and contract implementation and interpretation
Have attended PRO training and knowledgeable in customer handling.
•Organized, accurate, reliable, detail oriented, customer service oriented, enjoy working with people – build relationship easily, flexible and adaptable to changes
•Excellent in communication skills (oral and written) and analytical skills. Computer literate
•Pleasing personality and pro-active
•Willing to be assigned at Malaybalay Bukidnon
