Human Resource Officer

Qualifications:
1.      Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in or Human Resource Development Management graduate.
2.      At  least 3-5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
3.      Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
4.      Interpreting and advising on employment law;
5.      dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
6.      Developing HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;
7.      Planning and sometimes delivering training – including inductions for new staff;
8.      Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
9.      Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
10.     Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
11.     Tactful, friendly but firm in the way of dealing with people
12.     A good communicator, both in writing and in speech
13.     Able to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels
14.     Fair and objective
15.     Careful with confidential information
16.     Well organized
17.     Accurate and pay attention to detail
18.     Calm under pressure
