I am patient, flexible, I can get well along with other people and I am willing to take on new things. I am good at bringing things in on deadline, hardworking and was student assistant since my college years. I earned my Bachelor degree in Customs Administration through self-support. Discerning myself, I entered as missionary for charitable institutions. I was tasked to conduct English tutorial classes for graders and high school as part of my postulant. I realized just how much I enjoyed teaching the subject. At present, I am still doing such in our neighborhood using their own textbooks. What I did is explain the lesson and make a simple example to let them understand the topic. My interest in this field thrived when I see my student happy while learning with me. I simply love drawing methods of teaching and integrate the lesson in culture and in present situation.
My latest employment at freight forwarder company working as customer support associate , widen my horizon and able me to conclude the possibilities of becoming more flexible to opportunities. This job includes receiving calls, emails and inquiries from customers in America and giving them information regarding the status of their shipments. I have learned that getting in touch and help other makes life a lot different. I even gave extra mile service to satisfy more and make our customers happy. Likewise, I did some encoding and regular reports on our daily operation and updates.
