MARKETING OFFICER (2)
•Must be Marketing Graduate or its equivalent
•At least 2 years consistent experience in the related field
•Must be excellent in Marketing Strategies
•Must be strategic oriented
•Advance in computer skills (Excel, word and power point)
•Must be a team player and customer oriented person
•Must be advance in Communication (Oral and Written) and Interpersonal Skills
•Design Skills including graphic and web design is an advantage but not necessary
•Flexible and Trainable
•Can work in a team, individually and can do multitasking.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS OFFICER (1)
•Graduate of Any Business Related Course
•At least 2 years consistent experience of compensation and benefits.
•Must be knowledgeable to process SSS, HDMF, Philhealth remittances and other concern.
•Self-motivated, dedicated and confident
•Can work with less supervision
•Honest and trustworthy
•Computer literate (Advance Excel, word and power point)
•Excellent in Communication (Oral and Written) and Interpersonal Skills
•Can work multitasking and flexible in any personalities
•Knows how to handle employee complaints professionally
