Marketing Head for Mindanao
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any Business/Marketing or 4 year course
Background of atleast 5 years in sales and marketing, in supervisory or managerial capacity
Must have experience in properties and real estate industry
Good Communication skills both oral and written
Follows through timelines and commitments
A team player
Familiar with word, excel and PowerPoint applications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knows the Marketing concepts, positioning and Competitive analysis
Client relationships and creative services
Develops an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the sales department
Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; maintain quality and customer service standards; identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change.
In collaboration with the Area manager, determines annual gross- profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales target; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services, establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customers’ defining market, competitor’s share and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share.
Improves service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving service packaging and coordinating new service development
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities;
Accomplishes marketing objectives through planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs
Accomplishes marketing and organizations mission by delivering related results as needed.
