Position: MANUFACTURING CLERK
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect, review, and enter production and other related data into several computer databases.
• Follow-up on discrepancies, missing information, etc.
• File documents and maintain accurate records.
• Complete forms and prepare reports.
• Provide clerical assistance to the Production & Inventory Control;
• Monitor Bad Order and make report;
• Notify supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues.
• Follow SOP’s, GMP’s safety rules, and good housekeeping procedures.
• Report food safety problems.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably FEMALE; Single; Age: 24 – 35 years old;
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science, or any Business courses;
• A highly accurate data entry skill is required.
• Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with people;
• Must have a good Mathematical skills;
• With pleasing personality and flexible;
• Highly computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, & PowerPoint is a must.
• High comfort level working in a dynamic and diverse environment;
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
