• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Business Administration or any Food Related course
• Open to fresh graduates
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and long hours
• People-oriented
• Detail-oriented and organized
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To execute the standard operating procedures required to effectively manage the store
• To implement and ensure food safety standards are being practiced at all times
• To implement best practices in ensuring good customer service
• To effectively handle and resolve customer queries or concerns as needed in a timely manner
• To implement and ensure cleanliness standards of the store • To properly manage and monitor stocks and other store supplies
• To properly manage and monitor sales and expenses of the store
• To contribute in sales building efforts and managing customer relations • To effectively manage the store’s manpower resources
• To assist in implementing store safety protocols
• To prepare and/or maintain reports and other store documents as required
• To secure documentary permits as needed
• To perform other assigned tasks as needed
