Position: IT STAFF (FEMALE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• With 1-2 years work experience on the same field
• Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of computers (both software & hardware); Replacing parts as required.
• Basic knowledge in maintaining server, network cabling, CCTV surveillance, bio-metrics.
• Providing support daily sales report on POS
• Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
• Knowledge in POS system, Adobe Photoshop and Video Editing would be a plus factor.
• Testing and evaluating new technology;
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Provide recommendations about accessing information and support
• Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
• Computer literate is a must.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Preferably FEMALE; Single.
•Age: 23-35 years old;
•Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology and/or Management Information System.
•Should have high motivation to work under pressure and dynamic work environment.
•Willing to work on extended hours;
•With above average communication skills both oral and written.
•Can work with minimal supervision;
•Full-Time position available; Can start immediately.
Position: RM WAREHOUSE CHECKER
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably MALE; Age: 25-35 years old;
• Candidate must be a College Graduate of any 4-year course;
• At least less than 1 year of working experience in the related field;
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Must be flexible, and willing to work extended hours;
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules;
• Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, ppt.);
• Knowledgeable in Inventory Management
• Good mathematical and analytical skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple work assignments;
• Have high sense of responsibility;
• With strong leadership skills;
• With or without work experience is encouraged to apply;
• Preferably a resident of BARRA / OPOL / IPONAN / BULUA / KAUSWAGAN.
Position: COMPANY NURSE/HR ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Facilitates small talks regarding application of first aid treatment to lessen
accident rate.
• Develop health programs of the company such as health education, and
accident prevention.
• Administers first aid measures and give immediate medical attention to sick
and injured employees.
• Monitor daily attendance record and time card of all employees and
generate payrolls.
• Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit medical and “fit towork”
certificate.
• Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies
from time to time.
• Assist the HR Officer in facilitating company’s job hiring.
• Assist the HR Officer in Implementing company rules and regulation.
• Performs other tasks and HR functions as may be assigned by her superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferably FEMALE; Single; Age: 25 – 30 years of age.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate (Licensed/Registered Nurse)
• Experience in handling payroll is an advantage;
• With or without experience as Company Nurse in manufacturing firm;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Computer literacy is a must;
• Experience as company nurse is an advantage;
• Can work with minimal supervision, and has initiative.
• People-oriented, resilient and works well under pressure.
