Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for screening resumes to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements.
- Conducts interview to qualified candidates.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Responsible for updating job descriptions.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment is required for this position.

Job Requirements:
- Must be an Accountancy graduate (CPA preferred but not required)
- Has a background in manufacturing and inventory management
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office programs, especially with MS Excel

Duties and Responsibilities:
Costing and Manufacturing
- Generates and posts accounting journal entries based from Work Orders in a daily basis for PUNTOD, PHIVIDEC, DAVAO, CEBU and LUZON branches.
- Other functions that may be added as the need arises.
Inventory
- Daily monitoring of Inventory Movement Report for PHIVIDEC and MALAYBALAY branch and initiate actions on irregularities found.
- To facilitate month-end inventory count schedules and ensures that all locations were counted completely.
- To record approved Inventory Request and Adjustments on transactions related to locations assigned.
- To provide inventory work forward/backward to support monthly inventory reconciliation for assigned locations due two days after the scheduled location count.
- Encode inventory transfers from Bohol and Camiguin Buying Stations.
- To ensure that inventory transactions for the period were recorded.
- To assist other branches on inventory related issues.
- To provide information related to inventory transactions.
- Other functions that may be added as the need arises.
Reports
- Prepares inventory insurance for Luzon due every 10th of the following month.
- Provide monthly reconciliation for PHIVIDEC and MALAYBALAY branch due every 13th of the next month.
- Prepare PHIVIDEC, MALAYBALAY and LUZON branches inventory listings due every 10th of the following month.
- Provide consolidated inventory listing due every 15th of the following month and ensure that all inventories have been accounted.

Plant Mechanic

Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Electro Mechanical Technology/Mechanical
- At least 1 year of working experience on pump repair/maintenance or related field is required for this position.
- Has initiative, hardworking, enthusiastic and well adjusted person.
- Skilled in welding.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plant mechanic work with a range of tools to diagnose and repair industrial or agriculture machinery and equipment malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery, and operate a number of machines that grind, drill, shape and mill replacement components.
- Assemble and fit these components, might require welding for final test of the equipment.
