Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities
? Determine annual sales and growth plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
? Fulfills sales targets
? Implements sales program by developing field sales action plans.
? Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling prices.
? Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, and supply and demand.
? Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team tasks and following up on progress.
? Maintains sales staff by selecting, recruiting, orienting and training employees.
? Review and monitors progress of sales activities.
? Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales volume.
