Job Requirements
Requirements for these positions are beginner-to-intermediate – but we’re looking for team members who strive to continuously improve and become masters of their craft. The ability to grow into these roles, learn, and increase in ability is important. A strong portfolio is preferred. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Role-specific requirements, as well as brief job descriptions, are listed below:
— Will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media; primarily including landing pages, ads, and social media. These graphics should capture the attention of our target customers and should have creative flair while using our proven process to maintain efficiency and standardization.
— Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
— Experience with web design and landing page software is preferred.
— Must understand common multimedia formats and export options.
— Must have an eye for design, font selection, and photo editing.
–Must be able to conceptualize visuals, develop drafts, and create pixel and vector-based graphics as needed.

Traffic Titans is a full-service financial marketing agency with teams in the United States and Ukraine, seeking to establish a creative team in The Philippines. Our goal is to begin by hiring 2-3 individuals who want to gain experience creating high-quality creative, and be part of a growing company. We work at a fast pace, so team members are expected to meet high volume output expectations while maintaining high-quality design standards. We believe team members are most productive and collaborative in an in-person office environment. As members of our Philippines office, you would be expected to work a set 8-hour schedule daily. Due to COVID-19, you may be allowed to work from home temporarily. When restrictions are lifted or loosened you will be expected to work in an office 5 days a week. If you do not already live within proximity to the office, you will be expected to relocate. A sign-on bonus will be awarded after one year of service to the company, and additionally, a financial relocation package may be provided to assist with the expense of relocating.
