* Conduct thorough database research, queries and list generations to build pipeline of leads for the business
* Solid understanding of demand generation program creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting
* Optimization of tools and processes to manage strong list of leads qualification and later on sales cycles
* Is familiar or with experience with any B2B data gathering tools
* CRM (Saleforce or similar tool) and experience is an advantage
* Familiarity or experience with in-depth website analytics tools
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and WordPress is an advantage
* Design, develop and implement segmentations, queries and basic data analysis from database schemas
Advanced responsibilities and qualifications:
* Experience with SQL and ETL programming (e.g. SSIS, Informatica, RedPoint Data Management)
* Experience with reporting and analysis tools (Domo, Excel) and automation tools (Python)
* Act as the primary point of contact for all data related issues
* Validate integrity, quality and accuracy of all data provided
* Report regularly to the marketing team managers on query performance, successful implementation of segmentation strategies, and system related issues.
* Create, maintain and share a detailed calendar of projects and deadlines
* Maintain updated documentation on all processes related to respective project areas.
* Effectively generates and audits lists from the marketing automation database as requested by the Manager Database Marketing. Completes initial evaluation of results to ensure desired criteria are met in accordance with Big Zeta Database controls (ex: GDPR compliance).
* Effectively writes, proposes and runs ad-hoc queries.

We are now looking for an Online Marketing Specialists with the following responsibilities and qualifications:
* Generate leads through A/B testing using Facebooks ads, SEM, SEO, Content, Social Media, Chatbot, Email Marketing and Marketing Automation
* Develop marketing strategies by continuously improving market personae, customer journey, user funnel and competitor research
* Advance experience with Google Suite, Active Campaign, Google Analytics and or ability to learn and pick up proficiency with these programs
* Creative and practical approaches to content ideation
* Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including proofreading skills
* Proficient with Marketing Automation platforms

* Comprehensive understanding of SEO applications and tactics
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and WordPress
* Experience in setting and managing sales and margin goals, as well as the ability to interpret web analytics and optimize merchandising plans to drive sales.
Advanced Responsibilities:
* Partner with Salesforce Administrator (Lead Generation Specialist) to implement integrations with our CRM and other automation tools
* Ensure successful configuration, implementation and maintenance of all marketing programs
* Work with the campaign strategy team to define programs, target audiences, test, launch and measure activities within the marketing automation tool
* Build and deploy programs to develop and enrich the size and integrity of our prospect database
* Track and measure marketing campaign ROI, attribution and sales effectiveness
Innovuze Solutions, Inc. is in need of a Digital Marketing Program Manager who will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing our digital marketing automation strategy. The Manager will have the opportunity to build out complex programs within our Marketing Automation instance and evangelize digital marketing strategies.
Key areas of focus are to develop and execute an online customer acquisition strategy to build our lead database, coordinate with Marketing to develop lead generation campaigns utilizing nurture and engagement strategies across digital platforms, develop an A/B program to test new functionalities and content and work with Marketing Automation reports to create monthly reports for senior management. This role requires proven technical ability and strong communication skills
Essential Job Functions:
* Manage two demand teams, delivering on clients goals. Coordinate with Director of Demand Creation to meet fully utilize resources.
* Support internal teams with digital marketing strategy development including solution ideation and campaign planning.
* Develop and optimize relevant nurture tracks and triggered communications for prospects and clients at specific points in the lifecycle to drive engagement and revenue, across digital channels, working with Marketing Web and Product Strategy teams.
* Analyze specific audience segments and trends to identify opportunities and develop recommendations to optimize marketing campaign performance and ROI.
* Build, implement and monitor automation programs; including coordinating with marketing team to understand requirements and list development.
* Work with Marketing Automation Operations team to drive lead scoring, standardize automated lead nurture setup and optimization, program analytics, and more.
* Assist in maintaining database health – ensure data cleanliness & completeness leveraging tools in Marketing Automation and CRM system (currently NetSuite). Develop programs designed to increase the number of marketable contacts.
* Assist in identifying new technology and areas to further innovate marketing strategies to continuously deliver excellence around demand generation strategies.
* Apply marketing operations expertise across the business, with emphasis on lead scoring, lead nurturing, lead management, campaign reporting, and sales enablement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing with extensive hand-on expertise in the full-range of Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Software (Marketo certification preferred).
* Familiarity with CRM systems – preferably Salesforce.com.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with a clear ability to identify issues and solve them quickly.
* Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
* Must have excellent HTML and MS Office skills.
