* Female
* Must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields
* Psychometrician license is an advantage
* Over 3 years of HR jobs preferably in recruitment, training and development experience
* With technical background in handling job evaluation and performance evaluation
* Possess good interpersonal skills, can easily get along with diverse personalities, tactful and mature
* Possess good customer service skills
* Resourceful and well organized
