JR. AUDITOR
(CDO)
Job Summary:
Responsible for the timely execution of internal operations audit in accordance with the audit plan to determine compliance with company’s policies and procedures to help in risk management and controls.
Basic Qualifications:
• A graduate of Accounting or any Business-related course
• Preferably male
• Willing to travel and do field works
Skills/Competencies:
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Has speed, agility, and high attention to details
• Dynamic, flexible and adaptable
• With enough knowledge in accounting and auditing principles/standards and familiarity with relevant computer systems and applications.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
(CDO)
Job Summary:
Responsible for accommodating business questions raised by the internal customers such as the Sales, Finance, Supply Network Operations, Audit and HR; Co-owner of the Distributor IT Resources and Technical Supports; a resident expert in main and local systems such as the OGDI App, Sales Force Automation; Ensures proper implementation of computer networks and IT equipment on a calendar-based routine audit.
Basic Qualifications
• A graduate of Information Technology or computer engineering course.
• Preferably with at least one year IT field experience
o Expert in Computer Networks and I.T equipment’s
Skills
• Has the ability to communicate effectively in English both oral and written
• Knowledgeable of MS Office applications, with expertise in excel, mobile applications, Computer TROUBLESHOOTING and PROGRAMMING especially WEB-BASED applications
• Technical support ability.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and cope with timeline-driven work environment
WAREHOUSE-IN-CHARGE
(CDO)
Job Summary:
Responsible in leading the warehouse and logistics operations of CDO. Strategize and recommends program and action plans to make the supply network operations efficient and effective such as employee capability buildings, inventory management and control processes, order-shipment-billing operations, and customer service.
Basic Qualifications:
• A graduate of Management/Industrial Engineering or any business related course
• At least two (2) years work experience as Supervisor
• Knowledgeable of MS Office application, with expertise in Excel
• Willing to travel
Skills/Competencies:
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Has speed, agility, and high attention to details
• Dynamic, flexible and adaptable
• Strong Customer Service Orientation
• Ability to think quickly, logically and analytically
