Facilitate check-in and check-out. Make sure that all guest needs are well attended. Manage bookings, payments and reports. Accommodate walk-in and online guest via phone, emails and social media.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4 year course, preferable HRM or Tourism
• With pleasing personality
• With 1 year relevant work experience
