JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Handles social media markEting updates (bookings and inquiries)
-Accept reservations (walk in and phone calls)
-Update and implement monthly promotions
-Coordinates with the supervisors and managers regarding any concerns within organization
-Prepares and organizes monthly customer reservation database
-Communicates to customers regarding any concerns and queries
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent
-Preferably with working experience in the related field is required for this position
-With excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
-With excellent customer service skills
