ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/ Commerce/ Administration/ Management / related course or equivalent.
•Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
•Male or Female, Single, not more than 28 years old.
•Minimum of 3-6 months experience with is an advantage. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible in approval of invoices of the distributor
•Encoding of Sales Invoices
•Purchasing of Repairs and Maintenance
•Checking of Dispatch- Logistics out
•Canvassing of Requested items
•Creating of Purchase Order
•Receiving and updating of item status
