• College graduate of any business course;
• With at least 3 to 5 experience on the same field;
• Can manage at least 2 stores in an area,
• Can do forecasting, budgeting, and store inventory management
• With knowledge on Balance Scorecard as basis of store performance
• With background in Total Quality Management
• With above average communication skills both verbal and written
• With above average people skills
