Qualifications
Skills
1. With Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
2. Should be outstanding communicators with leadership capabilities;
3. With problem solving skills;
4. Must be highly organized, analytical, professional and driven.
5. At least 1 year work experience in the related field is required.
6. Proficient in speaking and writing English.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities.
2. Monitor, control and manage operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
3. Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
4. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
5. Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plans for improvements.
6. Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
7. Identify problems in operations process and present it to the Property Manager.
8. Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
9. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
10. Reports directly to the Property Manager.
