GENERAL MANAGER FOR CAGAYAN DE ORO
SUNSTAR Network of Publications, the country’s only network of community newspaper, is looking for a GENERAL MANAGER for Cagayan de Oro to be responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operation of the company.
• Responsible for supervising all aspects of the daily operations including hiring, training and motivating of staff to meet daily goals.
• Monitor sales goals in both advertising and circulation with particular emphasis on the latter. To provide early feedback and recommendations to further improve sales performance.
• In-charge of monitoring the daily sales and circulation as well as activities to ensure increase in revenue.
• Responsible for reviewing the financial statements and recommend action plans to attain business goals.
• In-charge of monitoring and reviewing the performance of the billing clerk and collectors to improve the cash flow.
• Ensure the coordination of the personnel to produce financial and administrative reports accurately on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have an experience in sales and marketing
• Can read financial statements
• Above average administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a team player
• Must be willing to based in Cagayan de oro City
