RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible in creating and setting for pool of potential applicants per position vacancy
•Responsible in filling in spots within a given time frame
•Responsible in ensuring hiring of qualified personnel based on job profile and objectives set by requesting departments
•Responsible in ensuring completion of documents for personnel enrollment to Payroll System
•Responsible in maintaining applicants data base
•Responsible in submission of hiring-related reports
•Responsible in coming up with the new Recruitment system applicable to the nature of business LCG group possesses
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology , Human Resource Management, or equivalent Female, 22-30 years old.
•Must be proficient in Oral, Written and Interpersonal skills Must have knowledge in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
•Recruitment/ Selection and Training experiences, an edge.
•Willing to travel across Philippines.
•Well driven and highly motivated.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro.
