POSITION 1: MARKETING HEAD (CAGAYAN)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• To formulate “SMART” strategies and tactics in support of freight, franchisee operators, logistics customer acquisition programs, retention and growth
• Increase the market visibility of the company
• Carry out demographic research and analyze market data
• To provide backroom support to freight, franchisee operators, and logistics department.
• Assist to their concerns (requests for rates, rates follow-up, credit extension, other sales concession)
• To maintain and introduce process improvement in Customer Relations Management Program.
• To promote company branding in giving corporate gifts to clients and other sales materials or sales advertisement on freight services
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Marketing/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): good in oral and written communication skills, with leadership skills, organized and spontaneous person, can work with less supervision, Can easily adapt to change and flexible.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in CDO
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
POSITION 2: OPERATIONS HEAD(CAGAYAN)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Responsible in attaining and fulfilling the sales promise to client.
• Lead and Manage Cagayan De Oro Operations Department, by ensuring to motivate and train highly effective 4E’s + P + 7 people, that will optimize equipments and assets, by minimizing operational cost, with the end in mind of serving customers from the heart.
• Coach and lead each Sub- department Heads of Land Operations group.( Namely Terminal Operations , Engineering Land and Tucking Services ,CONCARE/CONYARD) to achieve their own accountability.
• Making sure they all work as one and provide assistance on a day to day basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A graduate of any collegiate course preferably technical related. i.e. mechanical engr, industrial ,civil Etc.
• With at least 5 years of experience in managing a team of highly competent professionals that comes from various backgrounds
• Leadership and Management skills must be tried and tested in the pas.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Female
• 30 – 45 years old
• Has relevant shipping experience
