- GRADUATE OF ANY ENGINEERING COURSE
- KNOWLEDGEABLE & CAN OPERATE AUTO CAD 2008 OR LATEST
- AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION
- PREFERABLY WITH PRC LICENSE
- WILLING TO WORK LONG HOURS
- HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND CAN WORK UNDER MINIMUM SUPERVISION

- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Computer proficient
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in general accounting
