Qualifications:
- Male/ Female
- At least 25 years old but not more than 35 years old
- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or any Behavioral Science courses
- 1-2 years work related experience
- Knowledgeable in the following key operative functions of Human Resources: Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits (Payroll Processing and Administration), Employee Relations, Records and Filing Management
- Excellent in both oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Can relate well with all levels in the organization
