Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Marine Transportation
- With Master Mariner or Chief Mate license
- With at least Completed Academic Requirements in any field of master’s studies
- Holder of a management level certificate
- With at least 24 months sea-going experience
- With at least 2 years teaching experience
- Completed IMO 6.09 and IMO 3.12 courses
