Positions and Qualifications:
1. KITCHEN / PRODUCTION MANAGER
- Male / Female
- 23-35 years old
- Must have 1 year of kitchen management experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurant
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills & has background in people handling
- Culinary school background a plus
- Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc
- Willing to work long hours
- Willing to undergo extensive training
2. SALES OFFICER / SALES ANALYST
- Female
- 23-35 years old
- Accounting graduate / any business related course
- 1 year experience in Sales
- Highly motivated & can work under minimum supervision
- Good in customer relation
- With good moral character
- Physically fit
- With pleasing personality and good in convincing people
- Computer literate
3. CATERING OFFICER
- Female, not more than 35 years old
- Graduated of any 4-year course or at least college level
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, self-motivated, assertive and customer oriented
- Computer literate
- Knows how to do skirting, set-up, buffet decorating, etc.
- Preferably with at least 6 months experience in Catering Services or Restaurant Phase
- Knowledgeable in Marketing
- Willing to work until night time
4. HR OFFICER
- Female; 21-35 years old
- Preferably Psychology graduate
- At least 5 months experience in Human Resource
- Willing to undergo extensive training
- Highly motivated & can work under minimum supervision
- Must have initiative & ability to manage multiple task
- With above average analytical & communication skills
- With good moral character & People oriented
5. BAKER (Experienced)
- Male / Female
- 20-30 years old
- College level or Preferably College Grad w/HRM/culinary course
- With 3 – 5years work experience in baking or food service work
- Willing to work long hours
- Computer literate
6. DINING SUPERVISOR/MANAGER
- Male / Female
- 25-35 years old
- College Grad. preferably w/ HRM / any Business related course
- 1-2 years Experience in people management (Store Supervisor/Manager)
- Willing to work long hours
- Willing to undergo extensive training
- Good in both oral & written communication
