Available Positions:
1. ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER- SELLING
- Responsible for overall store operations – conceptualization and effective implementation of business strategies to achieve sales targets with full profit and loss accountability for the store
- Will effectively implement customer service, visual display, personnel management and inventory control standards
- At least 3 years store management experience in retail environment
2. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
- Responsible for planning, direction, and implementation of activities relative to store and office administration such as safety & security, housekeeping, maintenance of store facilities, equipment, and receiving
- Background in fire prevention programs and other procedures related to building maintenance
- Male or female, not more than 30 years old and graduate of any four-year course
3. DEPARTMENT HEADS
- Assist the Store Manager in implementing customer service and merchandise display standards
- Responsible for the achievement of department sales and profitability
- Experience in service-oriented companies like retail and fast-food will be an advantage
- Possess strong leadership skills and willing to work on weekends and holidays
4. CASHIERING SUPERVISOR- ADMINISTRATION
- Directly supervises the cashiers
- Female, at least 25 years old; graduate of any four- year course
- At least 2 years experience in cash/ front- end operations in any service- oriented organization
5. RECEIVING SUPERVISOR
- Responsible for the proper and consistent implementation of all receiving policies and procedures
- Ensure that all items received and released from the receiving department are properly accounted for
- Male or Female, at least 25 years old; graduate of any four- year course
6. RECEIVER
- Will be responsible for receiving of incoming items of the store
- Experience in the same capacity preferred
- Male, not above 28 years old and Graduate of any four-year course
7. INFORMATION CLERK
- Responsible for the customer requests, queries, and other services deemed necessary
- Responsible for the proper implementation and monitoring of corporate accounts, extended services, and other customer-oriented services of the store
- Facilitate store return / exchange policy program
- Female, not more than 27 years old; Graduate of any four-year course
8. SECRETARY
- With pleasing personality, fast learner, with good moral character
- Female, 21- 26 years old, College Graduate
- Familiar with Clerical works
9. CASHIERS
- Knows how to render good customer service
- With pleasing personality, fast learner, and hardworking and with good moral character
- Preferably with experience in cash operations in any service-oriented organization
- Female, not above 26 years old, at least 5’ in height and Graduate of any four-year course
10. SALES CLERKS
- Knows how to render good customer service
- Preferably with experience in selling operations in any service-oriented organization
- Male, not above 28 years old, at least 5” 5 in height, at least High School Graduate and with pleasing personality
