Position:
Field Logistics Officer
Cagayan de Oro City
Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement chain, travel, vehicle fleet and technical equipments and its maintenance
- Advise the mission on all technical aspects and report for logistics issues
- Manage the project premises (accommodation, offices, storage, buildings)
- Knowledge on information technology
- Coordinate meetings, events, etc…
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Logistics or related fields
- At least 3 years experience in specializing in Inventory/Material and Logistics Management or equivalent is required for this position
- Very good communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Skills in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures based on the programs rules
- Highly responsible, dynamic, trustworthy, organized, and with good interpersonal skills
