Positions:
1. ACCOUNTING CLERK
Typical work activities include:
- Encoding a variety of documents, reports, and records
- Preparing requisitions for office, computer, and routine supply purchases
- Assuming responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Maintaining regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions
- Assisting Accounting Department personnel as needed
- Keeping management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
- Attending and participates in meetings as required
- Ensuring that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained
- Completing special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required
- Auditing daily sales reports submitted by location management
- Discussing report results with location management
- Handling customer and employee accounts receivable
- Assisting with accounts payable, prepare checks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 21-25 years old, college graduate, must have Accounting units, high EQ and relational skills
- Should have knowledge of the basic principles of bookkeeping and routine accounting procedures
- Needed skills to make and verify computations with accuracy, to compile statistical data and prepare routine reports
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry

2. SALES EXECUTIVE
Typical work activities depend on the market and the setting – Business to Customer or Consumer (B2C).
B2C sales involve direct selling to the consumer or end user
Typical activities include:
- listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
- arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- gathering market and customer information
- representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
- reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
- making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
- feeding future buying trends back to employers
- attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
Qualifications:
- 22-28 years old, at least 5’2 in height, pleasing personality
- college graduate, high EQ and relational skills, exceptional in conversational and written English
